Our USDA Certified Processing floor is located on our farm in Lake Lure, NC. We’re also Appalachian Grown™ certified as part of the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project (ASAP). As a small batch processor, we offer a wider variety of cuts, and are one of the few processors in the Southeast to specialize in whole hog production.
